Mind shadow

The mind shadow grows when one's mental health declines, their size depends on how your mental health is. They are a double head cat with an open mouth at the bottom of their bellies to eat your declining mental health. Every person has one slowly lurking and stalking them to feed on their feelings.

This creature was first discovered in 1801 by Dr. Monster of California in Arizona but is suggested to have been alive as long as humans. This creature is still alive today and lurking this animal is not rare and everyone has one whether you are aware or not. This creature spawns when a human is born and follows them around until their host has died, then the creature moves to another human, it is said for these creatures never to die. They never grow old but their size is always different depending on the host's mind.
